The Holiday Season is special, warm, exciting and loving...and also stressful. Often when we are around our family it brings up fear and triggers, because family spaces are likely where we collected a lot of our limiting beliefs! You know you’ve done all this personal work, and now you’re worried about how your family will receive it, and also that you may end up in emotional response and “backslide” from doing the work. In this episode, Julianne shares 6 tips to help get through the holidays and dealing with family triggers.
