143: Stop Apologizing

As we finish off 2019 and get ready to head into 2020, Julianne reflects on how often we think we have to sacrifice ourselves to get what we want, and fall into feeling guilt for showing up for yourself first. Instead of dimming our lights for others, Julianne reminds herself and us to step in more and showing up in our fullest expressions of ourselves. Stop apologizing for your light and for who you are.
